A JOURNEY: From Bhagyanagar to Hyderabad
Hello, everyone. I wanted to express my thoughts on Hyderabad. I know that most people are aware of it. However, the narrative behind it has left us with insufficient information to answer the following questions.
1. Who designed the rich historic-based city?
2.Why is Bhagyanagar known as Hyderabad?
So here we go....of course, we know about Hyderabad, and we don't like reading lengthy records. In a nutshell, I'd like to share something that most people aren't aware of about Hyderabad. Hyderabad, an elegant architectural city, was founded in 1519 by MOHD. QULI QUTUB SHAH of the Qutub Shahi dynasty.
If we want to learn about the history of Hyderabad and its monuments, we must first go back in time. Let me tell you that Golconda fort has the most ancient and historical architecture. The king, Qutub Shah, enacted and built the incredible city known as BHAGYANAGAR. Qutub Shah, the emperor, had fallen in love with a local Telugu courtesan named Bhagmati. When this lady converted to Islamic culture and took the name HYDER MAHAL, he named the city Bhagyanagar in honor of his beloved Bagmati. The city of Bhagyanagar was then renamed "HYDERABAD."
We aren't particularly interested in history, but it would be a proud moment to be a part of Hyderabad. At the very least, we should be aware of the origins of the place where we were born. I am delighted to be a Hyderabadi, as the locales, architecture, and culture are all well versed in a magnificent creation.
