Marksheet is just a piece of paper 

 Yes!  Marksheet is just a piece of paper or an appreciation nothing else. Usually, people judge the students according to their marks … Really, …. Would be a justice for the students to judge based on their marks?  This Statement is not at all worth it.

And most probably the parents who pressurized their children according to their marks are needed to understand that, "mark sheet is just a piece of paper "! 
It cannot make a brighter future for your children. You correlate your children with others which is probably not needed at all. Surprisingly, I think this mindset needs to change.
 Moreover, Every child has a unique talent that must be understood by the people.
Instead of marks, we need to focus on their learning abilities. Creative learning is important rather than spoon-feeding. From our initial days of Education, if we can write and learn on our own with some sort of help from our teachers and parents, we can only make ourselves not follow up spoon-feeding.

Anyhow after a lot of investment in our education, degree’s are not worth getting a job or starting your corporation.
The most comical moment is that the mark sheet will not endure you getting a job you like to do and the business you wanted to start.
For example, let us assume two situations and the reality of our life.
Just imagine a situation where you went for an interview. What would you think your interviewer ask ....your resume or your marks sheet?  Suppose you got 98% or 60%. But that doesn’t matter at all. An interviewer asks for your resume, he/she will select based on your capabilities, not on the aptitudes of your marks. If you get top marks or you get less. It doesn’t matter at all.

  How skilled you are for the job you applied for is more significant, Right !!!
Take another example as well, suppose you want to start your business .you don’t have the capital to commence .so, you went to an investor. Just think once will he give you the capital concerning your Marksheet or will he curious about the plan or idea of your business strategies?
In short, we need to understand that people who are stressed on marks and Marksheet should be able to have a skillful mindset as well.
  To be frank, instead of thinking about the marks we need to stress creative and practical learning. Everywhere we discuss practical learning but while acquiring it, we backstep ourselves.

That marks we can get by learning in a week or a day. But we need to learn creatively and practically. Every student should learn the skilled set, so they don’t need to go further coaching in the future. Then only their marks are worth rather than that,
" Grades are just numbers and mark sheet is just a piece of paper"!!!
