There are a few thoughts on silent suffering, and I’m curious to know how many people connect with this.
We all face struggles—physical, mental, and emotional. These are a natural part of life. But silent suffering is something deeper. It is the battle within—between thoughts, emotions, words, and expression—where you have so much to say, yet you choose not to.
There are numerous situations where we hold back, not because we don't feel but because we feel too much. We choose to be silent out of respect and out of discipline.
Behind a calm face and a bright smile, there can be a storm of unspoken emotions. I assure you, it is not easy.
Sometimes, we feel that people misunderstand us, judge us, or may not be able to understand our words the way we feel them in our inner world. That emotional pressure builds up inside like a volcano, making the heart feel heavier than ever. At one point, we feel like not sharing anything with anyone, because we believe that no one can understand us better than ourselves.
**Closing thoughts on the topic:**
* Not to expect too much
* Not to share everything
* Not to express yourself too deeply everywhere
Silent suffering is the expression of thoughts going on in your inner world that cannot always be expressed in the outer world.
But the question is—are we protecting our peace, or slowly losing our voice? Let me know in the comment section.

Very nicely written...but always staying silent doesn't help us...better to raise voice and then feel good.. that is much better and much needed to live a peaceful life✌🏻🥰
